i need some tips on how to sustainably lose weight and eat healthy when me and my mother and step dad are very poor.
i’ve grow up poor my entire life, my dad and mom (separated) have always been low class
i’m overweight to the point it’s a health issue and i really really need to lose it but we can barely afford anything that isnt microwaved junk
we cant afford a gym and my only workout equipment is a yoga mat
any tips such as really really cheap healthy food or meal ideas, and workout plans? my only fruit is canned food and only once in awhile do i have the luxury of bananas and apples
(also i do online schooling so i’m in the house stuck for 8 hours a day or else my teacher gets on my a**)
ANY ideas or tips appreciated<3
