I realize that consistency is the “most important” thing when it comes to losing weight. I always make it for like a week then give up haha. I started tracking my calories and only really eat dinner so I’m in a deficit. Just wondering if anyone could share their experiences and tips on how they lost the weight and stayed consistent. I also wonder like how has life been since you lost the weight? Do you notice any differences in your day to day life? Thank you!
