I have gained a lot of weight in college from eating out/eating cheaper, more unhealthy groceries but I'm still learning how to cook in a shared dorm kitchen.
I have finally plateaued but I don't really like the way my body looks right now and need to lose what I gained. I just want some advice on the most efficient way to do that. And my goal is to hopefully lose 20 lbs. in 12 weeks because it is 12 weeks until New Year's Day and I don't want my new year's resolution to be weight loss. It's something I want to get out of the way now. I appreciate any discussions!
