How do you plan to enjoy the holiday with family without overeating? Some people will eat 3000-5000 calories on thanksgiving without even realizing it. I want to know how you plan to go about tomorrow if you celebrate thanksgiving.
A few tips I have off the top of my head: Don’t weigh yourself the day after thanksgiving, weigh yourself tomorrow morning or wait until later next week. Don’t snack on leftovers, try to limit yourself to only eating during the mealtimes and avoid going in for seconds.
