How to I stick with a diet/working out?

Hi there! I am a 21 year old female, 5’7”, and about 250 pounds. I’ve been trying to eat healthy and work out to lose maybe about 60 or so pounds since I was a teenager.

Usually my plan works well for a month or two, but then I start slipping. This time I slipped bad and for months. I ended up gaining about 30 pounds putting me at my heaviest weight in my life.

If any of you have tricks or advice I would love to hear them! I just need something to motivate me and keep me on track. Thank all of you in advance!
