Personal trainer??

Not sure if this is the right place for this but I’ve been thinking about getting a personal trainer. I started working out when quarantine started because I was just sitting all day working from home. Surprisingly I’ve stuck to it until this day and still haven’t met my personal goals. Thought having sessions with a personal trainer might help. I was thinking of just starting with one session a week because that’s all I can afford money and time wise for now. Is there anything in particular I should be looking out for when finding one? What are some red flags? What are some green ones (if that’s even a thing 😅)?
