I have been working out for the past six months and have managed to lose 45 lbs since. But I have hit a plateau and my weight has not changed in one and a half month. I take care of my diet and exercise 5 days a week. I changed my workout routine after every month and a half and dont cross my calorie intake which is 1400 and it has worked for me so far. Now I know that weight is not always the correct representation of progress but being stuck at the same number for so long doesn't seem right. Also my clothes are not getting any looser than they were 2 months ago and my measurements are also not changing. Yes I could be building muscle but that wouldn't cause my weight to just stop changing. I should have seen some change on the scale. Also I cant take a break from this cycle because if I do I will be back on square one as I would binge and getting myself to workout right now really takes all the strength in me. I do enjoy it but getting started everyday is really hard, but once I start its all good. I do have a cheat item every 15 days or so not a whole cheat day cause that can lead to me binging too. What should I do? Im 5'7 and started at 285lbs. All help is appreciated.
