I would say my diet contains enough macros, but mentally I crave food like a crazy person. I don’t feel actually hungry like when your stomach rumbles, I just want to eat. Yesterday I had to stop myself from going to the fridge twice, and three times when I actually opened the fridge. No matter what I eat that day I will get hungry at night. I hope it’s just a matter of body habit, which hopefully I can overwrite through trial and error alone.
