Getting started

Hi- First time posting but been observing for a while. I’m ready to make a change. I’ve been fat my whole life (23f, 5’4, 292.4 pounds) and after eating a lot of Taco Bell today and feeling shitty afterwards I’m ready to change. I hate looking at myself in the mirror. What can I do besides “diet and exercise”? I need specifics. Im ready to try anything. If people lists diets I can’t do any with fish 🐟 due to allergies. Thanks
