advice for a short person

hey everyone! id just like to say that i love this sub and might not have made the progress ive made without it. that being said, im a 4’10 girl, and ive yet to see many posts for us super short people. ive gone from 170lb to 135lb in about 4 months with minimal effort, but this last stretch is getting hard. ive more or less stayed at 135 for a month now. i started out with just intuitive eating (cut out all sugary drinks, was mindful of my portions), then started a 1200 cal plan at around 145lbs once i plateaued, and now ive continued to stick to that plan very strictly (i exaggerate my cals in myfitnesspal to prevent underestimating my intake) but just can’t get past 135. my theory is that yes, going below 1200 is bad for people of average size, but i believe that because im below average height (and i have a small frame) that going down to 1000 calories should be fine. i dont feel hungry or unsatisfied at all on 1200 cals. what are your thoughts? id love to hear advice from fellow short people as well.
