Maintenance calories: On it today. Yesterday was a caloric event so I’m not hungry today.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): 30 minute walk & stationary bike 21/26 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 53038/50000 words. Nailed it! I'm still working on it content wise. Sitting down with it right now in fact.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for some quiet down time & good coffee.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & make time for exercise. I’m also grateful for summoning a lot of patience for a friend of mine. sometimes interpersonal relationships are challenging, kids. It’s a good idea to view the people in your life as complex & complicated so when they tap dance on your last nerve you can remind yourself it’s not on purpose.
