Any tips to stop the "Can't be arsed" feelings when it comes to exercise?

I want/need to start weight training consistently for health reasons, but every time it comes down to it, I just get the feeling of "I cant be arsed today" and it doesnt go away if I do actually start working out. Its not like i have a crazy program in place either.

Mon-Fri: Physio exercises, basically just different stretches

Saturday: small warm up, Bench Press, Rows, Deadlift all 3x5

Sunday: small warm up, Squat, Overhead Press, Deadlift all 3x5

More often than not, i dont even make it through the full workout. The stupid thing is, i always feel like working out at times when i cant (at work/middle of the night/ect), never when i actually have time. AND i have spent years building up my own garage gym... to barely even use it, who sets up a home gym for 5+ years to not use it?

I need help or advice on sticking with it.
