Need help or motivation

I’m 5”3 F and weight as of today 170lbs (77kg) Couple months ago I weighed 182lbs (82kg) I’ve lost some weight but I don’t look like it. Just as background info, I have binge eating disorder. have had it since I can remember and only found out about it a couple months ago. Since October, I haven’t actually binged until after thanksgiving. I don’t feel as guilty but I am afraid I might start a habit again. I want to exercise like walk or even jog but I’m kind of nervous to go on the main paths just because ig anxious of getting exercise in front of people? Anyway my mom is in charge of food and buys unhealthy food. My whole family has tried talking to her for years but nothing works. I have access to healthy food still but her bringing home the unhealthy food makes you want it. Any advice on eating smaller portions and not craving something more to eat (not necessarily sweet) ? I also lack water so i’ll try and work on that. Any response is appreciated! Thank you
