Not counting calories just yet, but eating much more healthy and lessening portion size for weight and fat loss. Went tot he gym for first time yestredy and burned 500 calories off just cardio. Is this the right way to go, or should I try incorporate weight traing as well and make a gym plan for the week.
Becasue currently, If i just eat healthy and burn 500 cals per day then that puts me at around 1700-1800 calories which is less than my current intake (around 2200) which should result in fat loss, Im not sure as I dont want to burn off any muscle along with fat
