Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for a lovely fall day, I watched leaves spin around in a little dust devil & also apples. They are still so good.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & I'm going to remember my vitamins!
