I'm in the process of trying to lose lockdown weight and trying to get back to where I was pre-pandemic. At the gym I'll do either the arm or leg/butt weight machines and then move on to cardio. I've been doing the below cardio routine but I want to burn more calories.
Current cardio: 30 minutes walking on the treadmill (frequently changing the incline) and then either 20 minutes on the elliptical or 15 minutes on the ARC Trainer
