Lost 165 lbs in the last year and would like to lose more... but I have been having insatiable appetite all the sudden 1-2 times a week that keeps setting me back. Please help.

I have been stuck fluctuating between 186-191 lbs for the last several weeks. I can grind all week, eating 1500-2000 calories everyday, doing everything right. And it's easy for me. But then something in me just snaps one day and i have this UNENDING APPETITE. I sometimes literally can eat 5000+ calories and still feel hungry.... I didn't have this problem before throughout this journey until recently. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am a 25 year old 5'11 Male for reference. I do regular cardio and weightlifting. My muscles sure appreciate when I overeat but my gut doesn't. Part of me is afraid that if i ignore this hunger that i will feel sickly. But I really would like to reach my goal weight of 165 lbs.

Also, I have tried eating more calories each day throughout the week but I still have that 1 or 2 days where I snap and turn into a competitive eating world champion. Help me lol.

Edit: Peanut butter is for some reason usually what my body tells me it wants when i get this hunger. Don't know if that means anything or not.
