Tonight was homemade pizza night. I had anticipated it all day and kept my calories to about 800 before dinner. I can easily eat a whole pizza, yet tonight I ate a little over a third, got full and went to save the rest. It was really hard to do because the pizza was so yummy(I ended up sneaking another piece while I put it away). I'm glad that my stomach has shrunk and is unable to eat so much. Plus the development of more self discipline in my food intake. Anyways it made me happy that I was able to stop, what's better is that now I have 2 more meals of yummy pizza and don't have to worry about making dinner again soon. Just wanted to share this Victory with you guys!
