For the last few months, I have been noticing a weird thing with my body weight. I get up, freshen up, and weigh myself. It's the highest. This is usually at about 7 am.
A couple of hours later, it gradually comes down. And usually, by 11 am or so I am at the lowest weight. About 1-2 pounds lower.
Note: I don't work out between 7-11 am. I just drink my coffee and read. That's all. I don't even have my breakfast as I am trying to do IF.
Has anyone else also faced this?
