I really do not like how vegetables taste and their texture in my mouth, I know most would just say "just deal with it" or "get used to it" but I have tried so many times and I literally cannot get myself to like them, even when I have them mixed in things I can tell.
Soon I am starting a diet which consists of intermittent fasting and reducing my calorie intake drastically (3K+ to something like 1.5K or 1K.) I weigh about 20 stone so I really need to lose this weight. Any advice on what food I should be eating instead of vegetables?
I've tried loads of different prepping methods, and nothing works for me, I don't have any choice.
