Should I eat even if I’m not hungry if I’m below 1200 calories?

So stats are female, 24, 5’5, CW: 179, GW:140. I have been struggling to lose weight. I was just on here the other day stating how I set my calories to 1600 and am barely losing. I believe I’ve lost about 3 pounds in 8 weeks when I anticipated losing about 8-10. Anyway, I just adjusted my calories to about 1450. I also looked at my nutrition history in MFP to see if I could break down why I was feeling so hungry at a calorie deficit. I found that I’m not meeting my protein goal. So, I found that for weeks, I was at 1600 calories and getting about 45 grams of protein. MFP says I should be getting at least 76 grams. Anyway, today I tried to up the protein and felt much better. I had a vegetable burger patty topped with a fried egg and cheese. For lunch, I had spaghetti squash with red sauce and meatballs at around 1 p.m. I was much more satiated and didnt feel particularly hungry. But my calories were only at about 900 and I believe it’s best not to go under 1200. So after the gym, I had some lentils and cucumber salad, rounding out to 1200 cals and 78g protein.
