Lost 55lbs flaunted, proud until I gained back 35lbs. Advice needed

Hello! Thank you for reading and taking your time to formulate an advice or response in advance!

2 years back I became committed to losing out after going down a depressed state , I successfully lost 55 lbs within 1.5 years using many methods like calories deficit, OMAD, 2 meals a day , exercises 4 days a week and more. It took so much of my time and energy to lose 55 pounds and during that time I was highly motivated now that I look back on it, i refuse to believe I was that motivated. I had so much hope that I would transform and look jaw dropping by the end of pandemic. When I lost the weight I ended up posting everywhere that I did it even with about 70lbs to lose but now after many attempts to stop eating and get back on track something is holding me back from going to the gym or start calorie defecting. Feels like there’s no light at the end of the tunnel, it probably will years for me to lose another small amount of weight until I gain it back. No motivation to live , my body amplified my depressive state, embarrassed of myself. I want to do it again but the thought of it failing after some amount of lost scares me, the amount of time and money I wasted in 1.5 years just to gain it all back demotivates me to try again
