Is it enough to do just cardio two hours per week?

Right now I strength train with my trainer 2 hours per week, we don’t do cardio. We’ve been working together since August and I feel a difference in my arms and legs but don’t see much of a difference. I love this training and would love to see more definition.

My trainer said I need to get my body fat % down. I’m 200lbs at 5’5. I’d love to be 170 one day.

If I do cardio 2 hours per week (1 hour/2 days) - will it help me? Is it effective to break it up or should I do an hour of strength and cardio after on the same day?

I’m still working on building working out as a habit so I try to add a few days at a time so I stay with it.

I’ve been having trouble losing weight counting calories, I don’t think I’m doing it perfectly but I’m trying not to obsess. My calorie limit is 2k per day I barely eat on week days because of my job, I hit 1.2k. I think the weekends get me. I don’t binge but I usually eat out and don’t count.

I’m just looking for any good advice or tips to help me live healthier.

Thank tou
