I've been on a (self regulated) Paleo / keto diet.
I am trying to win a competition at work, but beyond that, REALLY want to Ιose at at least 30 more. I started at 245, and now Im stuck at 213/215. I tried a carb load, and down the week trying to trim back off the 1Olba that mistake got me.
I do an every other day cardio / abs / plyo workout that keeps my heart rate between 108 and 145 i try to keep the ketosis macros, but i haven't had ketosis like symptoms for weeks. Any tips / tricks on how to get my body burning fat again?
I currently take a creatinine supplement that gave me good results early on.
