Im a 23F and I currently weigh 140lbs. The weight I don’t think is a problem since I don’t really know about that type of stuff but what I do know is I have quite the belly and it looks awful. I look at myself in the mirror or even just trying to put outfits together and I feel super insecure and would ofc like to lose the belly but I don’t know how. I feel like slowly, my body is becoming a cone body if you guys know what i mean. What exercise should I do to help with losing the belly and i guess just toning the body in general? What should I do about my diet or just how much I eat? I try and watch videos on YouTube but even after watching a bunch of videos, I feel like I get nothing out of them? Idk. Any suggestions would be very appreciated!
