Feels good! A month and 11 days so far.
Thoughts: Not sure when to get the thyroid hormone pills adjusted. I've got no thyroid thanks to thyroid cancer, so currently on 150 mcg of levothyroxine, so not sure when to get that revised. Don't want to get the blood test too soon and waste the money and time.
Visually I don't look different at all so far, barring maybe my face being slightly less chubby. I can wear some jeans that were kinda borderline too tight, but visually still don't feel like my shape has improved. Just really can't wait to see more distinct progress.
I think about food like half of every day at least, and am always craving more than I can have, but overall I'm getting to still have the types of foods I like, if not the quantities. I basically just do two more substantial meals per day and either don't do breakfast, or do something lite like a protein drink, and that's been working pretty well.
