Need advice on losing the last 15 ish lbs and keeping it off.

Basically what the title says. I’m a 5’2”, 23 year old woman a little over a year post c-section. My starting weight (pre pregnancy) was about 215lbs, through counting calories and bettering my diet (less chips and queso more salads lmao) in combination with exercise I got down to 160lbs roughly within about 11 months. At that point I found out I was pregnant, I gained all of the weight back. After I had my baby I lost it all super quickly again and got back down to 160lbs ish within about a month and a half, maybe two. I wasn’t dieting as much as I was exhausted and just wasn’t eating as much as I probably should have been as I had started taking my anti anxiety / depression meds again (didn’t breast feed) and I certainly wasn’t exercising due to the c-section. Around the 3 month postpartum mark I got cleared for general exercise but was told not to push it, and here I am, almost a year later. My lowest was 138lbs and right now I’m 146lbs. I’m really really struggling to lose that last bit and I’m scared I won’t be able to keep the weight off. I never had a weight problem until my mental health took a dive and I gained it all quickly.. right now I’m caring for a 13 month old, working 25 hours a week and struggling with depression due to some home life issues. I guess I need some encouragement or advice or something.. I’ve stopped exercising regularly and I haven’t been eating as well, I don’t drink nearly enough water (I know that’s a problem but I always struggle with drinking water). Losing all of that weight so quickly left me with a decent amount of loose skin I’m worried won’t tighten up again as well, and I’m not just talking my stomach, I know a baby takes a toll.. I have loose skin that makes it look like I have love handles as well as on my thighs and arms and even calves.. is there any way to balance the eating well and working and having a baby.? Also will my skin ever tighten again.?
