What's the new diet plan you ask? Food poisoning...
I started my weightloss journey again this past Monday! Started walking between 3 and 4 miles a day, was motivated and doing great! Thursday I took my better half out for Veteran's Day, when to a Mongolian Grill, within 3 hours I was so sick that I thought I was going to die then wondered what was taking so long to die.. Puking/nausea, migraine, incredibly intense chills followed by literally feeling like my body was going to combust from heat... About 12 hours later, the rrhea started and hasn't stopped.. it's now been over 48 hours and I haven't eaten since with the exception of a pack of pop tarts and this afternoon I attempted to eat some fries from McDonald's, my body cramped up so much that I literally just doubled over in pain.. I wasn't hungry yesterday, just sick.. Today I'm sick but also having severe hunger pains mixed with severe cramping.. He was laying next to me with headphones in and could hear my stomach rumbling from hunger and gas I'm assuming..
TL;DR
Food poisoning is a shitty (pun intended) way to lose several pounds in just a couple of days...
