Hello,
I am thinking of getting into fitness and exercise. I was never the most active person so its time to start getting more toned and lean. I know I don't have much to lose but I'm trying to get rid of some stubborn love handles and belly fat. I am wondering what my first steps should be in this journey.
Should I try dropping some fat? Does my body look too soft right now. Any help would be sincerely appreciated! Thank you.
