Good day to you all. When I remarried I think I took the expression "fat and happy" to the extreme. My impulse control is non existent and it is truly time for a change!
I'm almost M41, 5'9", 272lbs. I have a sedentary computer job and the willingness to change. I enjoy healthy foods, but tend to overindulge in fast foods, junk foods, and sugar sweetened drinks. I was doing well losing but then I got covid last month and my give a f#$k got a little busted.
I have tried many styles of diets from CICO, IIFYM, Keto, WW, Atkins, Vegetarian, and more. My issues have always been portion control first and foremost and secondly impulse control. I would like to incorporate some exercise to help with getting out of breath during heavy exercise (very frustrating when wife and I are intimate). I welcome any and all help! Thank you
