I hate being hungry and feel like that is my #1 barrier to losing weight. I can be tired, I can be sore from a workout, I can be irritated or have a killer headache and cramps. No problem, just another say. But I seem to shut down when I’m hungry. What can I do to fix this? In the past I’ve seen IF listed as an option, but IF doesn’t work for my schedule (I bounce from days, mid shift, nights too frequently).
Honestly I love food but resent my body’s need for it
