I want to preface this by saying I am asking a question about how to lose weight without calorie counting so please refrain from the comments where this is still a suggestion.
I want to know if anyone’s had any experience of losing weight without CC? I have previously lost weight this way (I know it works) but I quickly ended up with an eating disorder that I have now recovered from. My recovery has led to me gaining back a lot of weight and I would really like to lose some of it again to ensure I can still live a full and healthy life (I’m currently nearly medically obese). My struggle is I have tried almost everything now that is the ‘alternate’ to CC and nothing sticks. I don’t want to go on any restrictive diets (especially things like keto etc) because I want this change to be sustainable.
Anyone have any tips or stories they can share?
