I started eating clean a week ago and im currently maintaining 1600 calories.
The problem is, im getting hungry a lot (stomach is grumbling) and I really dont want to go over 1600 calories. Its really hard and annoying especially since its an uncomfortable feeling with my stomach grumbling.
I am eating lots of protein and satiating foods so Im not too sure what Im doing wrong. I also go boxing 3x a week and strength training once a week. I am trying to stay fit and workout regularly.
I am eating foods like wholemeal bread, eggs, fish, meat and things like that.
Can someone help me? How do I fix my hunger problem?
