Hi guys. Heavy drinker guy in his mid 20s here, I love partying, I like some occasional kebabs. Overall, however, I'd say I'm in fairly good shape - go to the gym regularly, don't have a lot of body fat BUT.. I developed a seriously annoying fat roll at the very bottom. Like, a fairly big one too. It's very evident through tight shirts, or when I'm sitting, especially. A classic, good old beer belly I think it's called? But it's literally just at the very bottom.
I am planning on starting an overall diet and cut alcohol, but I was just wondering if people in similar situations had any advice to give with respect to losing that bit in particular. I know you can't target fat to burn, but what is the most influential factor here? Calories counting? Avoiding alcohol at all? I really wanna sort this out as fast as possible.
