Hello there, thank you for having me.
I am female, 5'6" and last I checked, 159lbs, and looking to get down to 135. My problem is that I appear to have stalled, so I purchased a food scale and am increasing my activity to bust through. I aim for around 1200kcal daily, and that's difficult to do, but I make it work. I also di intermittent fasting to help me stay in my caloric deficit.
My question is this. I take medication that makes me have low blood pressure if I stand up, move too quickly, or if my head drops below heart level. I've started by doing yoga for a stiff back and hips as well as taking walks, but what else can I do? I don't think HIIT is possible because any rapid movement makes me dizzy and see black spots. I'm considering calisthenics until such a time comes that my exercise intolerance gets better. Are there any pointers any of you can give me?
