I need help getting back into it... Advice?

Hi all! I'm a longtime lurker, first time poster.

For context, I'll share a little bit of my story. Like many others, I've always been bigger my entire life. From family picture albums it looks like I've been overweight since I was old enough to walk. I also grew extremely fast, I was 5'8" by the time I was 8. I grew a whopping one inch since then, haha. I've always struggled with binge eating, and there is a little of food insecurity there too as we grew up pretty poor. I do also struggle with quite a bit of mental health issues as well, that I have sought out therapy and medication for and so far it seems to be helping a little. I'm an ex-powerlifter. I was extremely passionate about it and somewhere in the mix of becoming an adult, working, going to school, etc. I lost myself and now I'm trying to get that passionate and healthy woman back.

However, I was successful in losing weight in high school. My highest weight *was* 360lbs, I managed to lose 110 pounds from June 2015 to March 2016. I maintained it for roughly a year and a half and then I spiraled out of control again. I went through a pretty abusive relationship during the time that I began gaining weight rapidly again, so I don't know if that is part of the reason but I do know the power is in my hands and there are no excuses.

Fast forward to today. My stats are: 21 F, Height: 5'9", Weight: 465 lbs. This is the heaviest I've been my entire life, and it's terrifying. I'm ashamed when I look at myself in the mirror but I have no idea where to start now. When I saw a dietician in high school, my recommended caloric intake was 1,800. According to the TDEE calculator I've seen mentioned in this sub, my BMR is ~2,939 cal/day. Is that correct? Theoretically, to lose weight at a steady rate, would I need to intake ~2,439 cal/day or less? How many days do I need to workout? When I was in high school I was at the gym 5x a week. Was that too much? Tia for any advice.
