I weigh 243 lbs, and am 6’0. I struggle to maintain a healthy diet. I stress eat a lot. I have a pretty stressful job and at times it’s overwhelming. I stress eat to help relieve stress. I know it isn’t healthy. I am a picky eater. There are things I won’t eat. I’m scared to go to a gym because of COVID-19. When the pandemic died down in like June/July, I got a Planet Fitness membership. I did lose some weight. But as cases went back up, I knew something was going to happen. I caught a bad cold in August and I’ve been worried to go to a gym because of the risk of getting sick. Especially where I live. With colder weather around, it will be hard to get outside.
