I lost several pounds over the past few months, and am currently at my goal weight (125 lbs, 5 ft 4 in female). My body fat % is 23%, and I look like I have a “skinny fat” body shape going for me. I’m wondering what you guys would recommend so I could achieve a more lean look? I’m eating at 1300 calories (vegan diet), and running a 5k three times a week. My guess would be weight lifting, but I’m not even sure where to begin with that. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!
