How much should I expect to lose? Should I change anything?

Hey everyone.

In March I might be meeting my favorite band, and I really want to be looking my best in my photo with them 😊

I am a 22 year old, 5’3, 214lb woman. I also have PCOS, if that will change what you say, lol!

Last year from January to April I lost 25lbs doing strict low carb. I moved out and ended up gaining all but 5lbs back. Throughout this year I’ve managed to drop about 10lbs again, but not very consistently. I went back and looked at what I was eating then, and it was usually around 1,400cals a day + 30 net carbs.

This week, I’ve started eating around that much again, throwing at least one 2 mile walk a week (though I’d like to do more… I do enjoy walking and listening to music hehe). Sunday’s are now my dedicated cheat days, as I am always with family that day and I struggle with binge eating when I’m extremely strict. I don’t typically go very overboard though. Just a crappy dinner, usually lol!

If I stick with it, how much do you all believe would be a reasonable amount of weight to lose? Should I change anything? Thanks ☺️
