I remember when I was 19/f, I was so skinny. I remember eating only one meal a day and I didn't even have any snacks. I remember consuming very little calories in a day. I didn't even exercise at all. Then it was only a year later, when I was 20, that I wasn't careful with my weight and kept on eating and I gained like 20 pounds.
I am 26 now, and I still have the same body after my 20 pound weight again. My body now looks so much different than when I was 19. I would give anything to have the body I had when I was 19. I have tried everything, exercising, and I try to intermittent fast like I did when I was 19, by eating only one meal, but it is so hard now. I keep on thinking about food. What should I do to have that body again?
