Goal for my 25th birthday

Hello all! First time poster, usual lurker. Today is my 24th birthday and I looked back on my goal list I made on my birthday last year. I wanted to be down to 100 kg which didn’t seem too bad to lose 25 kg in a year but a decent amount of stuff happened which derailed me.

This year I decided I’m gonna publicly put one of my birthday goals out there so I can have some sense of accountability. So my goal this year will be to get down to 90 kg (CW: 131.2 kg) which would be the lowest weight I’ve been in over a decade.

If anyone has any tips (besides CICO and IF as that’s a whole can of worms to go down that path) I will gladly take them! I hope to do a monthly update incase anyone cares to know how it’s going. Also if there are any people (preferably women) in the UK time zone who want to be accountability partners please let me know.
