Sunday funday! I’m skipping meal prep this week & just making go bags of veggies & easy stuff. Short work week for me because of the US holiday.

Maintenance calories: On it today!
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): Hour & a half or so of walking on the trail system by my humble abode. 17/22 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 48500/35000 words. Closing in on word count but not as far on the project timeline as I would like to be.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for getting to see a baby beaver in the wild. So cute.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & knock things off my to do list without going too hard. I made time to enjoy this weekend too :)
