A YouTuber I watch is trying to lose weight. I see that she is often on the elliptical for 1-2 hrs, burning what I can imagine is 100s of cals, even if the machine isnt accurate. She recently made a video complaining that she's barely losing any weight despite this. For all the exercise she does I was shocked.
Because she is heavier than me by 25 lbs and 2 inches taller, she is afforded a high caloric intake to lose weight. Yet, I am cutting severely my calories and have for almost a month(won't tell how many as to not get concerned messages) and have done little exercise mostly because I don't have the energy. But if you're eating so few cals., u don't need the exercise if its only to burn.
Ive seen in her videos she eats without thought of calorie count, pouring as much creamer into her coffee as she likes. If she would manage calories, shed lose weight because it takes little time to put on all of the calories you just burned.
