I started an intensely physical warehouse job last week, and as a result walk and lift a lot and have no time to drink anymore when I get home. I used to drink maybe 6-12 beers every other day and eat junk and barely exercise. I stepped on the scale an hour ago and I’m actually up 4 lbs from last week!
I’m not eating much more, and I eat lots of vegetables and sandwiches and drink lots of water every day, no more beer and soda. I’m so confused. Am I unknowingly eating waaay more than I think? How can I be eating so much to gain so much weight?
