I've lost 31lbs. I know I've done something right. I've consistently lost weight since I started. But I haven't lost a pound in almost three weeks. I haven't gained either. I stay within in my calorie deficit. But I know the reasons... There hasn't been a lot of protein or really anything good for me. The MFP nutritional summary is loaded with fat and carbs because my so-called healthy snacks aren't really healthy, theres been a lot of eating out because of family and errands and theres not really any restaurants that are calorie conscious (even a nice salad with protein can be almost all my calories for the day). I never wanted to be discouraged. The people who know me best say they can see a difference but I still feel the fat on my body and see the number stay the same on scale which doesn't feel good. Has anyone been there? How do you deal with a plateau?
