Hi! I am new here and I just need help at this point because I am so lost. I am in my last year of university so everything is just kicking my ass. I had a cheat day 6 days ago and ate +1000 over my tdee. I went from 120lbs to 122.5lbs on the next day. I thought it would budge after awhile but even after eating -200 below my tdee these past few days, but instead I’ve been gaining weight? I went from 122.5 to 124 in less than 3 days…
To make things worse, yesterday, I had to go and get my blood extracted yesterday for a hexokinase test which basically tests your blood sugar in intervals. They made me drink this 200 calorie drink filled with sugar and carbs. So I was over by around 400 with my tdee yesterday. Today, I am 125 lbs! And I am so so discouraged and mad at myself.
Pls help! I know some of it might not be “water weight” but I genuinely don’t know how to get rid of this.
