Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): 30 minute stationary bike. I should have made more time for exercise this weekend but I did some & that’s a win! 12/14 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 35461/23324 words. I would have liked more time for this during the weekend but life’s gonna life.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for some quiet time, Trader Joe’s bacon & my partner.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & cross off somethings on my to do list. Speaking of, gonna update that real quick.
