Dropped a watch size!

I don’t really have anyone to tell, but I’m incredibly proud so I thought I’d share. This morning when I put my Apple Watch on, I was able to put my watch on one hole tighter and man was that a good feeling. My weight on the scale hasn’t changed much in about a week. I’m doing my best to not judge my fitness journey by just the scale because that number can be so daunting. This was a great reminder to me and everyone that the scale is just part of the journey. Working out and building muscle might mean that the scale doesn’t change as much, but there are other changes going on.

In short: Don’t get hung up or discouraged by the scale, other achievements feel just as good! Keep working hard!
