Bro get back on track it's ok u can do it

This is just an encouraging message I typed for myself because I've been struggling in life and I gained back some weight, but I realized it could possibly help others so I wanted to share it here :) I hope it helps, and good luck to everyone else on their journey

I know times have been hard, you haven't been the healthiest in many areas in your life-not just weight- and you've regained a lot of what you lost, but it's ok. You can make it ok again. You're so strong, you've already lost weight the first time right? You have the potential and the power in you to do it again. You can get healthier, not just in terms of weight- you can get more sleep, better mental health, you can see friends more often and do the things you want to do. Trust me, you can. It's nowhere near impossible. It might not be an instant fix, sure, but a little bit of progress per day-no matter what it is you're working toward- helps so much in the long run. You don't have to wait for a new year or an external thing to happen to you to get you back on track again. The power to change for the better lies solely in you, and you can do it. You can set your mind to starting again at any time. Mistakes happen, and it's important to know that you don't have to be perfect or do everything right the first try- or second, or 500th try. We're only human. Even if it's small, start by doing anything that can help. Getting out of bed, brushing your teeth, cleaning some of your room- all of those and so much more are victories to be celebrated when you're going through hard things in life. You can do it. Don't give up. I believe in ya :)
