Maintenance calories: On it! I overdid it last night. I was left alone to watch Golden Girls & then cheesecake happened. I'm trying not to give myself a hard time, but it feels like I'm having too many of these last minute opps, there’s a bunch of unplanned calories at the end of the day. On the plus side, it means up until that point I was on track. Sighhhh.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): 30-45 minute walk & lifting heavy stuff. 8/10 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 22781/16660 words. If I don’t finish this, I would like to donate some money to Nano. If I do finish this, I should find a suitable reward. Perhaps the winner shirt or some such? A nice journal? Something.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for finding the spare key to my whip (never mind how annoyed I was at the start of that journey), a blast of wind rained down leaves on my car on a scenic part of my drive this morning & it felt magical. I’m double extra super grateful for really finding a grove with my nano this year. It's not always been this successful, trust me kids. There have been years where I was so far behind at this point that I just threw in the towel.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & instead of staying up late on Animal Crossing I put myself to bed early last night. That was definitely on purpose & not because the console battery was almost dead.
